These Terms and Conditions apply to all digital products offered through the website https://www.liquidatlas.shop, a platform operated by LiquidAtlas, based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
 By placing an order on this website, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
 Please read them carefully before making a purchase. For any questions, please contact us using the email address listed in section 1.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all digital products and services offered by LiquidAtlas, a registered trade name in the Netherlands.

LiquidAtlas specializes in the sale of digital code products, including ready-to-use Liquid snippets for Shopify webshops. All products are delivered digitally only, via the platform liquidatlas.shop. By placing an order, the customer confirms their agreement to these Terms and Conditions.


2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, purchases, and agreements concerning digital products offered through the website https://www.liquidatlas.shop, regardless of whether the customer is acting as a consumer or as a business.

By purchasing a product via the LiquidAtlas webshop, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Any general or supplementary terms submitted by the customer are explicitly rejected, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.

LiquidAtlas reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version is always available on the website and applies to all new purchases made from the moment of publication.


3. Product Information

LiquidAtlas offers digital products in the form of ready-to-use code fragments (“snippets”) and components that can be used within the Shopify platform. These products are intended for use in Custom Liquid sections of Shopify webshops.

All products are carefully developed, tested, and optimized for both desktop and mobile use. However, it remains the customer’s responsibility to verify whether a product is technically compatible with their specific webshop or theme.

After purchase, the digital product is delivered immediately in the form of downloadable code or text, either on the order confirmation page, the checkout screen, or via email. No physical delivery takes place.

The customer is solely responsible for the correct implementation of the code in their Shopify environment. LiquidAtlas offers technical support via the email address listed in section 1, but is not responsible for incorrect implementation, changes to the Shopify platform, or conflicts with third-party apps or themes.


4. License and Usage

Upon purchase, the customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product.

This license includes the following rights:

  • The code may be used in personal projects as well as in client projects (commercial use is permitted)

  • The code may be modified for personal or client-specific implementation

  • The code may not be shared, sold, resold, included in commercial templates, or offered on other platforms — not even in modified form

Resale, redistribution, or republishing of the code in any form is strictly prohibited.

All products remain the intellectual property of LiquidAtlas. By purchasing a product, the customer obtains a license to use it; no copyright or ownership is transferred.

LiquidAtlas reserves the right to take legal action in case of misuse or violation of these terms.


5. Liability and Support

All LiquidAtlas products are carefully developed and tested for use within the Shopify environment, both on desktop and mobile devices. Despite this care, LiquidAtlas cannot guarantee that a product will function flawlessly in all situations or within every Shopify theme.

Technical updates to Shopify, theme changes, installation of third-party apps, or edits to the original code may affect the functionality of a product. LiquidAtlas accepts no liability for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the code.

If a product does not function as expected or stops working, the customer can contact customer support using the email address listed in section 1. Together, we will look for a suitable solution, such as:

  • Technical guidance for implementation

  • An updated version of the code (if available)

  • An alternative proposal if the issue cannot be resolved

The customer is solely responsible for correctly implementing and testing the code in their own Shopify environment.


6. Returns and Refunds

Purchases made through LiquidAtlas involve digital products that are delivered immediately after payment. Due to the nature of digital content, withdrawal is not possible. At checkout, the customer explicitly agrees to immediate delivery and waives the statutory right of withdrawal.

As a result, the following applies to all purchases:

  • No refunds will be issued

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed

If a customer experiences any issues when using a product, they can contact customer support using the email address listed in section 1. A suitable solution will then be explored together.


7. Pricing and Payment

All prices on the LiquidAtlas website are listed in euros (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Any additional costs will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.

The customer is responsible for correctly entering any business information, such as a valid VAT number if applicable.

Payments are processed via the payment methods available at the time of purchase. Payment must be completed in full before the product is delivered.

Once the payment is successfully completed, the digital product is made available immediately for download or access. No physical delivery takes place.

LiquidAtlas reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable at the time of ordering is binding for that purchase.


8. Intellectual Property

All digital products offered by LiquidAtlas — including code, design, layout, text, and structure — are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of LiquidAtlas or of third parties from whom LiquidAtlas has obtained usage rights.

Upon purchase, the customer receives only a usage license as described in section 4. This license does not include the right to:

  • Reproduce or distribute the product beyond the licensed use

  • Resell or republish the code, whether modified or not

  • Claim any intellectual property rights based on the purchased product

It is strictly prohibited to use the products or any parts thereof in a way that infringes on the rights of LiquidAtlas or third parties.

Violation of these terms may result in the revocation of the usage license and legal action.


9. Privacy and Data Processing

LiquidAtlas values customer privacy and processes personal data exclusively in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When placing an order, only the data necessary for fulfilling the agreement is collected, such as name, email address, billing information, and any relevant business details.

This data will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for:

  • Processing payments via external payment providers

  • Enabling digital delivery via the webshop

  • Complying with legal obligations

Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes unless the customer has explicitly given consent.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

LiquidAtlas reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any changes will apply only to future purchases and will not apply retroactively to previously concluded agreements. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available at: https://www.liquidatlas.shop

By placing an order after changes have been made, the customer agrees to the latest version of the Terms and Conditions.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision will be replaced with a clause that most closely reflects the original intent.
